Description

Perfect for:

  • Newcomers to 35mm photography

  • Travel, everyday snapshots & adventures

  • Shooters who want a simple point-and-shoot operation with extra zoom reach

Designed for ease, portability, and a touch of luxury, the Olympus MJU Zoom 115 Deluxe adds gold detailing and gold buttons to the familiar MJU Zoom 115 design. With simple automatic controls and a handy 3× zoom, it’s a great match for first-time 35mm users or anyone wanting a fuss-free film camera with a more stylish finish.

✔ Versatile 38–115mm zoom – The 3× optical zoom lens gives you wide-to-tele flexibility for landscapes, street scenes, and closer portraits without changing lenses.

✔ Compact, pocket-friendly design – Measuring 120 × 64 × 49mm and weighing 250g (without battery), the MJU Zoom 115 Deluxe's contoured body and lightweight build make it easy to carry on day trips or tuck in a bag for travel.

✔ Stylish Gold Detailing – The MJU Zoom 115 Deluxe elevates the original MJU Zoom 115 design with a more premium finish by adding gold trim around the lens and controls.

✔ Fully automatic operation – With auto exposure, autofocus, and auto film advance / rewind, the MJU Zoom 115 Deluxe allows you to just frame, shoot, and enjoy the process while the camera handles the technicals.

✔ Bright flash and plenty of options – The built-in flash supports multiple modes, including red-eye reduction, fill-in, and night mode, giving you flexibility for different lighting.

Blending classic Olympus styling with gold accents around the lens and controls, the MJU Zoom 115 Deluxe offers an upscale take on the standard MJU Zoom 115. Its smooth, fully automatic 35mm operation and versatile 3× zoom make it ideal for new film shooters and relaxed photographers who want effortless shooting with extra framing flexibility.

Battery Requirement – This reusable film camera operates with 1x CR123A 3V battery (sold separately).

For 'Grade 6 - Fair' Cameras: Minor quirks or functional notes may apply. Please check the ‘Condition & Notes’ section below for full details.

Focusing your first shots

For a portrait with your subject away from the centre, aim the autofocus mark at the person first. Half-press the shutter and check that the green focus lamp lights. Keep the button half-pressed while you adjust the composition, then press fully to take the photo. Stay more than 0.6 metres from your subject; moving extremely close can produce an out-of-focus photo even if the shutter releases.

At close distances, use the viewfinder's close-up correction marks when framing. Keep your fingers and strap clear of the lens, autofocus windows and flash. See the Olympus Stylus Zoom 115/115 DLX instructions, pages 15–16 and 22–26, for the illustrated controls and focus-lock steps.
